To start with, draw up a list of the activities that make you happy: one activity per line, spacing them out a little.

Cut the paper up into as many pieces as there are activities on your list.

Fold them.

Place them in a little cloth bag or in a box.
Shake it…

Whenever you feel a little down, pick a piece of paper and do what’s written on it…

…AND FEEL THE JOY COMING BACK TO YOU!
