Dowsing is based on the principle that each body (whether it is alive or not) releases some form of radiation. The expert in dowsing – who must be endowed with a particular sensitivity to detect this radiation – will usually use a wand or a pendulum to find the object in question.

Take a pendulum. Hold the chain of the pendulum, go to every room of your home (you can even inspect the trash cans or the cellar), and do not move your hand.
Your magnetism and the mental connection with the object you are looking for will often cause the pendulum to move when you get closer to the object in question. The pendulum may start to spin more quickly or to make erratic movements.
Of course, should the object no longer be in your home, the pendulum won’t vibrate.
If you have never used any pendulum before, you should know that it’s not easy to understand what its movements mean at the beginning. Dowsing requires a bit of practice. According to some experts, this divinatory art can be used by anyone because everyone has what it takes inside to implement this method, so why not give it a try?
